PRIVACY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

To understand our practices, please review our Privacy Notice, which also governs your visit to this site. When you visit this site and or send emails/text messages to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail/text messages or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.  

QUALITY / VARIETY 
Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC uses the most current technology along with the strictest attention to details making the highest quality finishes and products available today. Such finishes include Polishing, and Color Paint matching. However, all work performed (all finishes, repairs, special services) is done on a “best effort basis” and therefore is custom. This does not guarantee a perfect part, as many unknown variables may exist.

FACE BENDS
Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC shall not be held liable for any damage caused during the rim(s) straightening process. We strive to correct bent rim(s) with little or no face damage, including cracks. The customer must understand that damage can occur and the risk of the rim(s) cracking or discoloration is a possibility. Rim(s) having severe bends may often only be rounded back to a certain point. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC has additional repair options if this does occur; however, this will be an additional charge depending on the cosmetic finish of the rim(s). By acknowledging below, the customer has been made aware of the rim(s) straightening process and any damages that can occur. In any case, there is NO GUARANTEES that a bent rim(s) is ever going to be as good as it was before. Therefore we do not issue refunds.

INNER BENDS

Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC strives to bring the rim(s) back to a complete true round state. Rim(s) having severe bends may often only be rounded back to a certain point. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC has additional repair options if this does occur; however, this will be an additional charge depending on the cosmetic finish of the rim(s). By acknowledging below, the customer has been made aware of the rim(s) straightening process and any damages that can occur. In any case, there is NO GUARANTEES that a bent wheel is ever going to be as good as it was before. Therefore we do not issue refunds.

WELD REPAIR
Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC shall not be held liable for any and all welds after they have been accepted by the customer. In any case, there is NO GUARANTEES that a cracked rim(s) is ever going to be as good as it was before. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC completes weld repair with technology aluminum alloy welding and are restored. It is the customers understanding and the customer has accepted this responsibility that if another pot hole or item in the roadway is hit, the rim(s) could sustain damage again. There is always a risk when restoring a cracked area on a rim(s) and the customer is releasing all liability of Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC if such a failure occurred. Rim(s) that require welding on the face will can cause significant cosmetic blemishes to the area surrounding the weld. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC has additional repair options if this does occur; however, this will be an additional charge depending on the cosmetic finish of the rim(s). By acknowledging below, the customer has been made aware of the welding process and any damages that can occur. Rim(s) that come in with previous welds from someone other than Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC (2 or more cracks) will not be guaranteed. If your rim(s) is found to be bent and you choose not to have that restored by Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC – there is NO GUARANTEE on the weld. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC highly recommends that both the bend and weld are restored. Therefore we do not issue refunds.

LUG NUTS REMOVABLE

Lug nuts keep a wheel securely attached to the hub—which means they are an extremely important component of a vehicle. However, lug nuts can only do their job correctly if a tire technician applies the proper amount of torque to them after tires are replaced or removed. 

Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC is not liable for any lugnuts that break or are damaged because of over torqued, cross threaded or damaged caused by a previous accident or tire company, person or persons that worked on them beforehand to bringing it to us. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC technicians will stop the service at first sign of issue removing lug nut. It is the customer responsibility to let the technician know of any issues relating to the rim with trying to remove an over torqued lug nut prior to our services, if the tire has been changed or worked on by another source. These sources include; tire shops, body shops, dealerships, customer or any other source outside Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC.  By acknowledging below, the customer has been made aware of the wheel lug nut removal process and any damages that can further occur.

COSMETIC REPAIR
Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC shall not be responsible for rim(s) that are scheduled for an appointment to refurbish or dropped off with an incorrect description of repair. It is the customer responsibility to ensure that all repair requests are made prior to the rim(s) being refurbished or dropped off. Traditional cosmetic repairs or color changes only restore the face of the wheel, however, barrel cleaning or barrel painting can be added on for an additional cost if requested by the customer. If any rim(s) that arrives that is deemed unrepairable at the customer expense would need to buy or replace their rim(s) with a new one. During restoration of rim(s) that include powder coating (new service coming soon), porosity can occur in the base metal that creates some off gassing in the final product once they have cooled. There is nothing Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC can do to predict or prevent this in certain alloy rim(s). The customer acknowledges that this is a risk and that it may occur. The final product as described and delivered by Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC was a restored rim and we cannot be held liable for any off gassing. Rim(s) that have pot metal alloy can result in cloudiness for machined or polished rims. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC works very hard to deliver fantastic quality work, however the customer must understand that we are only able to work with what we receive – Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC is receiving the rim(s) due to the fact it has been damaged previously or that the customer wants a color change. Outcome for any rim(s) restoration is limited to comparison of a “brand new” rim, while we attempt to create a like new appearance, the damage that is on the rim(s) along with the specific finish may limit this outcome. Rim Restoration may not result in 100% absolute perfection as a finished product and our absolute very best effort would apply and the charge for restoration would still be required. It is the responsibility of the customer to specify exactly what they want restored and what their absolute expectation is prior in writing; otherwise Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC will attempt to do best effort. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC aims to refurbish all rim(s) to the best of our ability but cannot be responsible for any unforeseen problems such as poor casting, hidden cracks, fading, chippings, scratches, or excessive corrosion. These problems may only become apparent upon removal of the existing wheel coating. Machined, Polished, Painted rims(s)  restored by a mobile technician may be limited and not restored to original appearance and the customer understands the full expectation set forth if this option is chosen – they have acknowledged it will be best effort by the Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC technician due to the most economical option – if it is a factory rim, another option for the customer would be OE replacement if available. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC has additional repair options if this does occur; however, this will be an additional charge depending on the cosmetic finish of the wheel . By acknowledging below, the customer has been made aware of the cosmetic process and any damages that can occur.

PRICING
With respect to services done by us, we cannot confirm the price of a service until you we have an exact description or up close inspection of the service needed. If Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC Technicians can't determine the severity by pictures then we will advise the customer to bring the rim in to have an upfront look at the damages to ensure the correct estimate and or if the rim(s) is salvageable to be repaired . We attempt to price services with our best effort for an estimate, however some circumstances can arise that may result in additional costs. If these additional costs are encountered, we will contact the customer and confirm what the additional steps should be and any associated costs. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC requires payment after for all services and drop off repairs. There is a fee for dismount, mount and balance of bent or cracked rim(s) with tires on it will be applied to all invoices that will go toward the final repair.   

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
