Quality & Variety

At Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC, we combine advanced technology, expert techniques, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality wheel repair and refinishing services. Our capabilities include polished finishes, custom paint matching, powder coating, and a variety of specialized restoration options designed to meet each customer's needs.

Because every wheel repair and refinishing project is unique, all services are performed on a best-effort basis. Factors such as previous damage, wheel condition, material differences, and other unknown variables may affect the final outcome. While we strive for exceptional results on every project, we cannot guarantee a perfect match or finish in every situation.

Face & Inner Rim Bends & Wheel Straightening Disclaimer

At Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC, we take every precaution during the wheel straightening process to minimize the risk of additional damage. However, customers acknowledge that straightening bent wheels carries certain risks, including the possibility of cracking, discoloration, or cosmetic damage to the wheel’s finish.

Severely bent wheels may not always be able to be fully restored to their original condition and may only be corrected to a safe and usable level. If additional cosmetic repairs are required after straightening, such as refinishing or restoration, additional charges may apply based on the wheel’s finish and the extent of the damage.

By approving the repair, the customer acknowledges and understands the risks involved with the wheel straightening process. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC does not guarantee that a repaired bent wheel will be restored to its original condition and does not offer refunds for completed repair services.

Weld Repair Disclaimer

At Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC, we perform aluminum alloy wheel welding repairs using professional techniques and equipment to restore cracked areas whenever possible. However, customers understand that a welded wheel can never be guaranteed to be as strong as it was before the original damage occurred.

By approving a weld repair, the customer acknowledges the risks involved and accepts responsibility for future damage caused by road hazards, potholes, impacts, or other circumstances that may cause the repaired area to fail. Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC is not responsible for any future damage or failure after the repair has been completed and accepted by the customer.

Welding repairs, especially on the face of a wheel, may result in cosmetic imperfections, discoloration, or blemishes around the repaired area. Additional refinishing or restoration services may be available if needed and will be charged separately based on the wheel’s finish and repair requirements.

Wheels with previous weld repairs performed by another company, or wheels with multiple cracks, cannot be guaranteed. If a wheel is found to be bent and the customer chooses not to have the bend corrected, there is no guarantee on the weld repair. We strongly recommend repairing both the bend and crack to achieve the best possible outcome.

By authorizing the repair, the customer confirms they understand the welding process, potential risks, and limitations of structural wheel repairs. Due to the nature of these repairs, Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC does not offer refunds on completed weld repair services.

Lug Nut Removal & Installation Disclaimer

Lug nuts are a critical safety component that secure the wheel to the vehicle’s hub. Proper removal and installation require the correct tools and proper torque specifications to ensure the wheel is safely secured.

At Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC, we take care when removing and reinstalling lug nuts; however, due to factors such as over-torquing, corrosion, damaged threads, rust, or previous installation issues, lug nuts or wheel studs may be difficult to remove or may become damaged during the process.

Customers understand that any pre-existing damage or issues related to lug nuts, studs, or vehicle components are outside of our control. Proper torque should always be applied after any tire removal, installation, or wheel service to ensure safe operation.

Cosmetic Repair & Wheel Restoration Disclaimer

At Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC, we take pride in restoring damaged wheels and providing high-quality cosmetic repairs. However, customers understand that every wheel is unique and the final result may vary depending on the wheel’s condition, previous damage, material quality, and original finish.

Customers are responsible for accurately communicating their requested repairs and desired outcome before the wheel is repaired or dropped off. Cosmetic repairs and color changes typically restore the visible face of the wheel. Additional services, such as barrel cleaning, barrel painting, or other refinishing options, may be available at an additional cost upon request.

If a wheel is determined to be unrepairable due to hidden damage, excessive corrosion, poor casting, cracks, or other unforeseen conditions, the customer will be responsible for replacement costs.

During refinishing processes such as powder coating, certain alloy wheels may experience porosity or off-gassing caused by imperfections within the metal. These conditions cannot always be detected or prevented and may affect the final appearance of the finish. Customers acknowledge this possibility and understand that Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC is not responsible for these unavoidable occurrences.

Some wheels made with certain alloy materials, including pot metal, may experience cloudiness or changes in appearance after machining or polishing. Additionally, factory finishes, previous repairs, curb damage, scratches, fading, corrosion, and other existing conditions may limit the ability to achieve a perfect restoration.

Our goal is to restore each wheel to the best condition possible and provide a like-new appearance; however, restoration services are not guaranteed to achieve absolute perfection or replicate a brand-new wheel. All repairs and refinishing are completed on a best-effort basis, and payment remains due for completed services.

Customers are encouraged to clearly communicate their expectations and requested restoration details in writing before work begins. By approving repairs, the customer acknowledges that Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC is working with a previously damaged or altered wheel and understands the limitations of cosmetic restoration.

Mobile repair services may have additional limitations depending on the wheel type, finish, and condition. While we strive to provide excellent results, some wheels may require professional shop refinishing or replacement to achieve the closest possible factory appearance.

By authorizing cosmetic repair services, the customer acknowledges the restoration process, potential risks, and possible limitations associated with wheel refinishing. Additional repair options may be available if needed and will be quoted separately based on the wheel’s condition and finish.

Pricing & Estimates

At Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC, we provide estimates based on the information available, including photos and customer descriptions. However, an exact price cannot be confirmed until the wheel has been properly inspected and the full extent of the damage has been determined.

If our technicians are unable to accurately assess the condition of a wheel from photos, we may request that the customer bring the wheel or vehicle to our shop for an in-person evaluation. This allows us to provide the most accurate estimate and determine whether the wheel is suitable for repair.

We make every effort to provide fair and accurate pricing; however, additional issues may be discovered during the repair process that were not visible during the initial inspection. If additional repairs or services are needed, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding and explain any additional costs.

Payment is due upon completion of all services and drop-off repairs. Wheels requiring tire dismounting, mounting, and balancing due to bent or cracked conditions will include a service charge, which will be applied toward the final repair cost. 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

If Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC does not enforce any specific right or provision within these Terms, it does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue to remain fully valid and enforceable.

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC and the customer regarding the services provided and replace any prior agreements, understandings, or communications related to those services.

Changes to Terms

Custom Alloy Rim Repair LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. If any changes are considered significant, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before the updated terms take effect.

Any determination of what constitutes a material change will be made at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should discontinue use of our services.
